These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your access and use of the PrymGate website, creator dashboard, and automated Telegram bots. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. What is SubGate?

PrymGate provides software tools to automate Telegram channel access and verify blockchain transactions. Our system generates single-use invitation links and tracks subscription expiry.

PrymGate is not a bank or crypto custodian. We never hold, escrow, or take custody of user funds. All subscription payments (USDT) route peer-to-peer directly from subscriber wallets to creator payout addresses.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and maintaining the accuracy of your payout wallet addresses.

3. Creator Responsibilities

Creators bear sole responsibility for the content, delivery, and quality of their Telegram communities. Creators must configure valid, compatible wallet addresses. The platform bears no responsibility for funds delivered to misconfigured creator addresses.

4. Subscriber Terms & Payments

Subscribers must transmit the exact specified crypto amount on the matching blockchain network, accounting for network gas fees. Generated invite links are strictly personal and single-use.

5. Fees & 0% Sales Commission

PrymGate charges 0% platform sales commission on channel subscription volume. Creators receive their earnings delivered directly to their payout wallets, subject only to standard blockchain network gas fees and third-party gateway processing fees (~0.5% via NOWPayments). The platform generates revenue solely via flat monthly creator software subscriptions (Pro).

6. Disclaimer of Investment Advice

PrymGate does not provide financial or trading advice. We are a technology infrastructure provider. We do not endorse, inspect, or warrant any financial signals, trading advice, or educational courses delivered in third-party channels. Trading cryptocurrencies carries inherent capital risks.

7. Telegram Bot Compliance

PrymGate is an independent third-party software provider not affiliated with Telegram FZ-LLC. All bot automation relies on the public Telegram Bot API, and users must comply with Telegram’s terms of service.

8. Prohibited Activities

You may not utilize our platform for channels involving fraudulent schemes, wallet drainers, malware, phishing, or illegal contraband. We reserve the right to immediately terminate access for any violation.

9. Limitation of Liability

PrymGate is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrymGate shall not be liable for indirect damages, crypto asset volatility losses, blockchain network halts, or third-party platform downtime.
